Tomatoes is one food that almost everyone I know love. Come to think of It, I am yet to see anyone who despises the consumption of this sweetness in one form or another.
These reddish goodness are fruits which almost everyone treats like vegetables; We prepare them as a stew, use them to cook pasta, garnish them with noodles, can be easily sited in most homemade salad and so much more.
Why then do we not buy them like we do oranges, bananas, mangoes and simply consume them directly after giving them a thorough wash? Like, envision a family seated together consuming tomatoes like they would watermelon (not a usual site right?).
I recently became a tomato addict (hope I will not go to jail for that lol); I got some to make my stew and I could not resist munching one and before I could have a grip on my mouth, I was already on my fifth tomato ball.
Ever since then, I eat at least 3 balls every day (me right?) and I am writing this piece to get you to join me!
I will do well to shed light on some amazing health benefits of tomatoes.
